 Community Medical Referrals, Inc. was established in 1975. Our founder and president, Elizabeth Rosania, R.N. has guided us for over 35 years now.  We aren't the biggest Home Health agency, but we are large enough to staff your needs and small enough to give you the personal attention so important when you want a well trained, caring individual to take care of you or your loved one.
