Community Medical Referrals, Inc. was established in 1975. Our professional staff includes Registered Nurses in the following capacities: President, Director, and Nursing Supervisors, who are responsible to perform client assessments and care plans, assist you with any questions or problems that may arise, and supervise our personnel in the field.

- Community Medical Referrals provides private duty nursing services in Homes, Hospitals, and Long Term Care Facilities, as well as staff-relief nursing services for Hospitals, Industry, Long Term Care Facilities, Physicians' Offices, and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
