Community Medical Referrals has been providing outstanding healthcare to, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Union, and Warren counties for over 35 years. Our Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides, and Companions are available to provide you and yours with an array of services.

Community Medical Referrals, Inc. was established in 1975. Our professional staff includes Registered Nurses in the following capacities: President, Director, and Nursing Supervisors, who are responsible to perform client assessments and care plans, assist you with any questions or problems that may arise, and supervise our personnel in the field.
